1. Introduction: Welcome to Warm Welcome Decor Co. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined here. These Terms and Conditions govern the delivery and design of seasonal decor including but not limited to pumpkins, gourds, hay bales and mums (hereinafter “products) to your doorstep.
2. Services Provided: Warm Welcome Decor Co offers doorstop delivery and design services for pumpkins, gourds, hay bales and mums. Services are subject to availability and may be modified, withdrawn, or canceled at our discretion.
3. Financial Transactions: Payments must be made at the time of delivery.
4. Customer Expectations: Packages include delivery and professional design. Optional cleanup services are available for an additional fee and must be scheduled separately. Photos shown in marketing material are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product selections and arrangements may vary slightly based on availability and natural variation.
5. Photo Use: We love seeing our work in your photos! You’re welcome to use your display in personal or promotional photoshoots. Please tag us @WarmWelcomeDecoCo on Instagram. We reserve the right to photograph our designs and share them on our website or social media platforms for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your display featured, please notify us at the time of setup.
6. User Conduct: We expect respectful and lawful interactions with our team. Any form of abuse, harassment, or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of services without a refund.
7. Liability: Warm Welcome Decor Co. is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the setup, presence, or removal of our designs. Customers are responsible for ensuring that installation areas are safe, accessible, and compliant with HOA, venue, or community guidelines. Customers understand that weather and decay may alter the condition of products and are responsible for all maintenance of products after setup.
8. Amendments: We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
